When you book an appointment we collect only what we need to confirm and prepare for your visit: your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and your preferred date and time. You may also add optional notes for your stylist.

Your booking details are used to schedule, confirm, and prepare for your appointment, and to contact you if anything about your visit needs to change. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

• Bookings are stored in a managed database with row-level security so that records cannot be listed or read by other visitors.
• Each booking is tied to a private confirmation token. The booking can only be retrieved by presenting that token on the retrieve booking page.
• Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored by our hosting provider with encryption at rest.

We keep booking records only as long as needed to service your appointment and maintain reasonable business records. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us using the details below.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage required for the booking flow to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Misa Hair Care is responsible for the information we collect and how we handle it inside our booking system. Our hosting provider is responsible for the underlying platform, encryption in transit and at rest, and infrastructure security. You are responsible for keeping your confirmation token private — anyone with the token can view that booking.
